This service is intended for our wedding and events clients who have reached the limit of 8 email exchanges for floral planning and desire to continue communication with our team via email. Please be aware that purchasing one unit of this service corresponds to one email response. Kindly consider the estimated number of emails you anticipate sending. Our response time will range between 1 to 5 days, depending on the nature of the request.

Once you receive your flowers:
- Fill 2/3 of your vase with fresh tepid water.
- Remove any leaves that sit below the water line.
- Change with fresh tepid water every 1-2 days, top up when needed. *Be sure to wash the vase  thoroughly with diluted bleach or vinegar (preference) with warm water.
- Trim 2-3cm off the stems every couple of days.
- Keep flowers out of direct sunlight. Do not place close to fires, radiators or air conditioning units.
- Remove any wilting flowers and guard petals from your bouquet to keep your flowers fresh.
